Description of apartment: Pierre & Vacances Eguzki in Saint-Jean-de-Luz

It is a short walk to the village's shops, restaurants, harbour and great sandy beach. It is approximately 15 km from the major bathing resort of Biarritz and 20 km from Spain. It is a perfect place to stay if you want to go on wonderful trips along the coast. ### Location In the centre of St Jean de Luz, with all of the services you need and the beach within walking distance. ### Your accommodation Small apartments. Air conditioning, Heating., Satellite-tv., telephone, micro wave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, bath tub/shower and wc. Balcony or terrace. ### Facilities available in building Front desk, WiFi, parking, very limited number of. ### Optional extras Baby set (bed, bedding, changing table, high chair, small pushchair for a baby up to 2 years old), book in advance, pay us. Pet, extra charge. ### Other Final cleaning included. Bed linen and towels included. Local tax/environmental fee paid on spot. Deposit € 200. 4 floors, elevator. ### Arrival A weekly stay and fixed arrival days (normally Saturday) in June, July and August. At all other times a minimum 2 to 4-night stay.
