It is in a great location, close to Monaco, Nice and the Italian Riviera of Flowers. ### Location Approximately 2 km west of Monaco and 17 km east of Nice. ### Your accommodation Apartments with floor tiles. A sea view from the 2nd floor. Heating., Safe (€ 10/week)., TV., telephone, oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, bath tub/shower and wc. Balcony or terrace. ### Facilities available in building Front desk, outdoor pool, open april- october, sunbeds, bar, Internet (surcharge), Parking (surcharge). ### Optional extras Baby set (bed, bedding, changing table, high chair, small pushchair for a baby up to 2 years old), book in advance, pay us. Pet, extra charge. ### Other Final cleaning included. Kitchen cleaning, made by the guest. Bed linen and towels included. Local tax/environmental fee paid on spot. Deposit € 200. 5 floors, elevator. ### Arrival A weekly stay and fixed arrival days (normally Saturday) in June, July and August. At all other times a minimum 2 to 4-night stay.
