Description of hotel: Vejlefjord Hotel in LEGOLAND® and surrounding area

This former sanatorium, which is also called the 'Castle in the Forest' was completely transformed into a hotel in 2008. It has been tastefully furnished and decorated to reflect a classic manor house. It is now also home to one of the most exclusive spas in Denmark, offering different kinds of thermal baths. Hotel guests can pay DKK 300 per person per day to use the spa. Children under 14 are not allowed in the spa. You can relax and enjoy invigorating water experiences and various treatments (which you have to pay for). Children under 4 stay free in their parents' bed (you need to state this when booking). Breakfast for children under 4 years old costs DKK 40, which you pay when you get there. You can go for walks in the hotel's own park, heading down to the Vejle Fjord or in the surrounding Bokskogen forest. You will feel like a king when you sit down at the table to eat in Barbara, the hotel's own restaurant. Enjoy the wonderful food after a relaxing day at the spa or following a day full of activities, including your walks! The Legoland Park is closed on the following days in 2014: 7-11 April, 3-4 September, 10-11 September, 17-18 September, 24-25 September, 1-2 October and 7-8 October.
