This apartment complex is situated in the tourist area of Playa la Arena on the south-west coast of Tenerife, just 100 m from the sea. The transfer time from Tenerife South Airport is roughly 45 minutes. The complex offers 40 apartments and facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe and a currency exchange service. The comfortable rooms, which were refurbished in 2006, come complete with a fully fitted bathroom with hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a kitchen with a fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine and tea/coffee facilities, an ironing set, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace.
