The domicile is situated on a fenced and spacious plot of approx. 12,000 m² with olive and fruit trees as well as a variety of Mediterranean plants. Enjoy the beautiful landscape here. The electricity supply is provided exclusively by solar panels, so that electricity consumption is limited. This holiday home consists of two separate apartments. On the first floor are bedroom no. 3, a bathroom and a kitchen-cum-living room with access to the terrace. On the ground floor, bedroom no. 1, a bathroom, the kitchen and the lounge with fireplace and bedroom no. 2 each have separate entrances. Relax together on the terrace with barbecue. The nearest beaches and the centre of Puia are just a few minutes' drive away.
