The complex features two 24-story buildings with spacious common areas, three lifts per building, a garden, and 24-hour security. Guests can enjoy outdoor swimming pools for adults and children, and a sun terrace with loungers. Each apartment includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs, a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and washing machine, and an en suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Amenities include an in-room safe and a plasma-screen TV with satellite channels. Air conditioning is available from May 1st onwards. Free indoor parking and complimentary wireless internet access are available. Key collection takes place at the Beninter office located at Calle Ibiza 6, Benidorm (+34 965857060). Office hours are from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm and 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. For arrivals outside office hours, keys will be left in a secure safe near the office, and the access code will be sent via SMS.
