This beautiful stone vacation home with private pool and well-kept garden is located in a splendid position on a hill, so from every angle you will enjoy an exceptional and fascinating panorama over the green Mugello Valley! The nearest town is Dicomano, at about 4 km, while the impressive Florence is about 40 km away. The house is very well maintained and tastefully decorated and both the interiors and the exteriors invite you to relax: the furnished covered terrace where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning, the shady arbor with sitting area in the garden and the pool equipped with deck chairs! The property borders on one side and with part of the garden to the cottage ITF748, from which it is located about 30 meters.
