This beautiful semi-detached house with pool and well-kept garden is located in the heart of Istria. The house halves are separated from each other and accessible only from the outside. Everything is nicely and comfortably furnished. On the first floor, with separate entrances, are the living room and the extra bedroom with bathroom en suite. On the 1st floor you will find the remaining three bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen with dining room. In the garden there are facilities for volleyball, badminton, soccer and a children's playground. The surrounding countryside is green and hosts many konobas and vineyards, inviting you to take wonderful walks.
