A beautiful and well-maintained vacation home with sea view from the living room and terrace. The interior of the house is cozy and warmth is provided by a wood stove in the living room and a heat pump. Kitchen and living room are in open connection, separated only by a kitchenette going into the room. There is an open roof ridge and large windows let a lot of light into the high space. The four bedrooms are well furnished and the bathroom has a whirlpool tub for two. The terrace is partially covered and here you can fully enjoy the panorama. The house also has a nice garden with lawn and a hedge that goes around the property, so you can be undisturbed. The vacation home is not far from Kolding with a nice city center and good shopping.
