Amenities include a pool with massage jets, a children's play area, a full-service restaurant, an organic garden, relaxation areas, air conditioning, private parking, courtesy car pickup, and a laundry room with complimentary use of a washing machine and iron. Please note there is a final cleaning fee of 30. 00 for rooms and 60. 00 for apartments, payable in cash upon arrival. At checkout, guests will be required to pay the tourist tax of 3. 00 per person, per night (up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights) for stays between April and October, as required by the Municipality of Massa Lubrense.
