The apartments are situated from 600 metres to Las Fuentes beach. Around the apartments the are bars, restaurant and shops. The Alcoceber centre is 1.5 km from the apartments.  The apartments have two double bedrooms, living room with a sofa bed, equipped kitchen and open living room, bathroom and terrace or balcony. The kitchen has oven or microwave, bridge and bed clothes. Also the apartments have television and clothes bed.
