Hotel Schützen Lauterbrunnen was renovated in 2013 and features a cozy restaurant with an open fireplace and a garden terrace. During winter, the family-run restaurant with its fireplace offers a relaxing and homely Swiss atmosphere. In summer, superb views from the garden terrace towards the mountains can be enjoyed. A breakfast and half board option is available for a surcharge. For breakfast guests can select from an extensive buffet with many local specialties. In the evening guests may choose from a 3-course half board menu or Swiss à la carte dishes. In winter guests can enjoy ski-to-door access from Schilthorn or Mürren. Cable cars are leaving from Grütschalp and Stechelberg and take guests right back to the hotel. The world-famous 311-metre Staubbach waterfall can be seen from Hotel Schützen Lauterbrunnen. Hotel Schützen has its own bus stop, which is in front of the restaurant.
