The terrace or balcony is orientated towards the sea, with a wonderful sea view and the shady terrace looks into the garden, with many Mediterranean plants. The owner lives on the property, but the garden around the house is only used by you, so you can maintain your privacy. There are cycle paths and hiking trails nearby. By car you can reach beaches in Voloko, Opatija and Iii, with an idyllic 12 km long promenade along the sea. You will find entertainment in Opatija, with a rich gastronomic offer and cultural events. You can also visit the nearby islands, the Uka Nature Park and the Istria region.
