Description of hotel: Art Hotel in Dubrovnik

Welcome to renewed Art Hotel in Dubrovnik, a hidden gem surrounded by pure nature, overlooking the amazing Adriatic Sea and Petka hill. Newly decorated, with the intimate atmosphere and impeccable service, Art Hotel is perfect place for everyone looking for a peaceful vacation away from the city crowd. We are situated in the heart of lovely Lapad Bay, only 2-minute walk from the most popular Beach in the area, as well as from many small beaches hidden under the pine trees. As mentioned, the hotel is in a pedestrian area and therefore is only accessible with stairs. We do not offer luggage carrying service and we do not have an elevator in the building. There are plenty of activities in the area for all our guests to enjoy, such as bars, local cuisine restaurants, tennis courts, cinema, playground for children, shopping centre and many more. Lapad Bay has direct bus connection to the Old Town of Dubrovnik, where our guests can sightsee ancient walls under UNESCO World Heritage Site and all other historical monuments, churches and museums. The hotel doesn't have it's own, we do not offer service for carrying the laguage and we do not have elevator. There are two sides for coming to the hotel. First side is the main side and the parking and closest access point with a car is the street above Sunse Beach, 3 min away by foot to our Hotel. The only way to our hotels main entrance is by a long set of stairs, since we are in a pedestrian zone. The Hotel has a backdoor entrance and leading to it, also a long staircase, you can find our hotel from te back entrance only with car or taxi and you need to navigate yourself with "Hotel Kompas" since we are spliting the wall with them right before their hotel. You will see small sign Art Hotel on that wall and you just need to follow stairs to the bottom to reach white doors of the hotel which are always opened you just need to turn the lock.
