Apartment in two levels, 7+1 beds, 85 m², livingroom with combined kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 showers, 2 WC, sauna. ### Your accommodation The kitchen contains stove with oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven. Bathroom 1: with shower/WC/sauna. Bathroom 2: with shower/WC. Bedroom-1 = 1 doublebed 160 cm wide. Bedroom-2 = 1 bunk bed with 120 cm wide lower bunk and 90 cm wide upper bunk . Bedroom-3 = 1 bunk bed with 90 cm wide lower bunk and upper bunk, 1 singlebed 90 cm wide. ### Other Livingroom with combined kitchen. TV, fireplace (wood is not included), 1 child´s high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, drying cabinet, ski storage, balcony (no snow clearance), outside furniture, access to electric car charger with type 2 socket for a fee. Access to free Wi-Fi (possible interruptions on part of the broadband provider reserved). No pets allowed, no smoking. Week 9 this lodging is reserved for downhill skiers in our ski area. This means that you need to book SkiPasses for all guests (7 years and older), for at least the duration of your stay, at the time of booking. All staying persons must be aged 18 or over to stay in the lodging. Proof of identity is provided on arrival. The age limit does not refer to children in companion with guardian. The nearest ski area is Hundfjället. The distance to ski area is approximately 125 meter, The distance to the lift/slopes may vary, depending on the snow conditions.
