The location of these apartments should be highlighted in the flat area of Rincón de Loix, just 300 metres from Benidorm's Levante beach. The surrounding area is full of bars, restaurants and shops.The 2/4 (1 bedroom) apartments can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. They have a bedroom with two single beds, living room with sofa bed for two more people, separate kitchen with utility room, bathroom and terrace.We also have apartments with a slightly larger capacity that can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. These have had one of the two terraces originally used as a second "bedroom". They have: a bedroom with two single beds, plus a small bedroom with a single bed, in the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people, bathroom and terrace.They have an independent kitchen with a gallery where the washing machine and clothes line are located. Fridge, 4-ring ceramic hob, electric oven and microwave. They also have all the basic utensils for cooking.There is no air conditioning.Optionally you can rent wifi, a safe, cot, etc... Free communal parking subject to availability.The landscaped swimming pool has an area for children. Its opening is subject to the rules of the Community and may remain closed in winter.Near the complex you will find bars, cafes and restaurants. There are regular buses that stop close to the flats.Due to the situation derived from Covid19, the pool will remain closed this season
