Description of holiday home: Bävern 2 in Branäs

Accommodation: Beaver 2 In the Beaver area, there are cozy log cabins with four apartments in each building. Beaver 2 is conveniently located close to a beginner's slope and features an additional sun deck facing west, perfect for soaking up the sun. The cabin accommodates 8 people and is 51 square meters, comprising two bedrooms, a large living room with a kitchen and hall, a sleeping loft, a bathroom with a sauna, and a lockable ski storage room. Living Room Furnished with a dining set, sofa, and coffee table. The flooring on the main level was updated in 2018. All our accommodations have cable TV. Kitchen The kitchen was renovated and expanded in 2018 with a full-size convection oven and stove, separate microwave, large fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. It has ample counter space. A dishwasher is available. Bedrooms The cabin includes two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed. Stairs lead to the loft, which features a bunk bed, a queen-sized bed, and a TV. A window has also been installed. Bathroom The bathroom includes a toilet, shower, and sauna. Additional Features The hallway contains a drying cabinet and storage for boots, clothes, and shoes. The deck is furnished with a table and four chairs, as well as additional seating on the extended sun deck. A charcoal grill is also available. An outdoor corner sofa provides a spot to easily put on or take off ski boots for multiple guests at the same time. The cabin is equipped with fiber internet offering free WiFi, as well as Chromecast and Bluetooth speakers. There are electrical outlets for engine heaters. A few hundred meters from the cabin, there is a bus stop, store, ski rental, bar, and restaurant. Please note that construction is ongoing in the vicinity during the summer and fall. A standard highchair and crib are provided in each accommodation (bedding and mattress not included in the crib). Additional items can be requested for delivery at no extra cost. Final cleaning and bed linens are not included in the price but can be purchased as add-ons. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation, although it is not allergen-sanitary. All accommodations are non-smoking.
