The 20-story building houses eighty one-bedroom apartments, each accommodating up to four guests with two single beds and a double sofa bed. A fitted kitchen includes a hob, fridge, toaster, and utensils. Apartments also feature a fully equipped bathroom, a lounge/diner with national/international TV, a safe (local charge), and a terrace.
