Description of apartment: Blau Student Housing in Barcelona

We are a sustainable operator of luxury student accommodation in Barcelona with an on-site language academy. We include the package of language classes in all of our rates shown and therefore anyone reserving a room also receives enrollment in our language academy and can attend the daily classes at no additional charge. Our Single Rooms with individual beds have elevated beds that are accessed via a ladder. For all stays 25 nights or longer, a 1500 refundable security deposit is due prior to arrival at the property. For stays less than 25 nights, no security deposit is required, but only a 'pre-authorization' (like is done at a hotel) of 350 via credit card at check-in.
