Hjelmbackevägen 16 Karinstugan Welcome to KarinStugan – a newly built and personally decorated mountain cabin at Hjelmbackevägen 16 – with panoramic views of the mountains! At the cabin, you can put on your cross-country skis right outside the door and glide onto extensive trails, or use alpine skis to reach nearby ski slopes with lifts and gondolas. During the summer months, bike trails are accessible directly from the cabin door. The cabin is approximately 120 sqm and features 4 bedrooms with 8 beds, a kitchen, a large bright living room with high ceilings, modern furnishings, and space for socializing. There is a spacious bathroom with a sauna where you can relax while enjoying the mountain views. A separate entrance leads to the mudroom where you can sit and take off/on your ski boots and hang up your ski clothes. The mudroom also contains a small toilet and a drying cabinet. There is also a main entrance with ample space to hang coats. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, one bedroom has a bunk bed, and there is an additional bedroom in the loft with 2 single beds that can quickly be converted into another double bed if desired. Outside the loft bedroom is a lounge area with a sofa and TV. The open-plan living room and kitchen are spacious, with plenty of room in the large sofa area and at the dining table, centered around a soapstone wood stove. A large deck runs along the entire house, perfect for sunny winter, spring, and summer days. Outside the cabin, there is a large storage area for skis and bikes, as well as parking space for 3-4 cars. Cleaning after your stay at KarinStugan is always included in the rental price.
